EPISODE #15: FIND YOUR HAPPY

find your happy joy Ogunneye m.h. clark

"There is no path to happiness. Happiness is the path "– Buddha

I recently discovered one of the most amazing books from an superly eclectic store in the Minneapolis airport called Frivolous (wonderfully unnecessary). The book I found is appropriately titled ‘Find Your Happy’, written by M.H. Clark, designed by Sarah Forster and published by Compendium Publishing. And since discovering this book, I’ve literally read it to myself every single morning, which has been extremely transformative for me. It has become one of my favorite books in getting me into alignment. Think of it as a wonderfully crafted adult story book.

I love it so much, that I knew I had to share it with you. So on today's episode, you'll hear me recite the book and share the insights I've learned from the concept on finding your happy. Feel free to listen to this episode over and over again - as many times as you need it.

This episode is perfect for any one who just wants to experience unconditional happiness - which is basically the idea of being happy for no reason :)

I encourage you to purchase the book here. It will change your life.
