EPISODE #19: HOW 'PLAYING BIG' HELPED ME FIND MY VOICE & EMBRACE MYSELF

“Playing big doesn't come from working more, pushing harder, or finding confidence. It comes from listening to the most powerful and secure part of you, not the voice of self-doubt.” ― Tara Mohr

Today's episode is inspired my one of the most transformative books I've read thus far called Playing Big: Find Your Voice, Your Mission, Your Message by Tara Mohr. Lately, I've been reminded how essential it is to play big if we want to fully express who we are on this earth to be. Many of us have been taught how to play small, and hold ourselves back from doing exactly what our hearts calls or speaking our minds and expressing our true voice.

On the episode, I share several A-Ha moments I've experienced recently that has taught me how to embrace the fuller expressed person I'm becoming , and to play big and commit to no longer playing small and being inauthentic to who I'm destined to be. Personally I find playing small rather constraining and super painful.

Listening to the episode, you'll hear me share how I learned to let go of 'comfortable yet painful and limiting situations' that aren't serving me any longer. At the same time, I've learned how embrace the 'uncomfortable more expansive situations' that continues to help me unleashed my inner voice.

This episode is perfect for anyone looking to find their voice and fully embrace who you are on this earth to be.
